But life is still worth living,
When your heart is willing.
And all those people who catch your fall,
Were always there, afterall.
Blinded and niave no longer,
Eyes wide open and so much stronger.
Given so little while deserving so much,
The need for their special touch.
She's going to make it this time,
Strong heart, strong mind.

I actually wrote this back in 2005, after a SEVERE break up with my ex...
I am still immensely proud of this poem and the emotion I put into it. But then again, I had a lot of emotion to channel at that time.
